You can cancel your order before it is shipped.
Cancelling an Order
Orders can be cancelled free of charge as long as the status is Pending or Confirmed. Once an order has moved to Packaging or has been handed over to the courier partner, it can no longer be cancelled and our standard return policy will apply instead.
How to Cancel
Use the "Order Tracking" page or contact our support team with your Order ID to request a cancellation.
Refund for Cancelled Orders
If payment was made online, the amount will be refunded within 5-7 business days.
