Exchange Conditions
- Exchange request must be made within 3 days of receiving the product
- Product must be unused, unwashed with original tags and packaging
- Subject to size/color availability in stock
How to Request an Exchange
Contact our support team with your order ID and the size/color you would like instead. Once approved, our courier partner will collect the item and deliver the replacement.
Delivery Charge
The first exchange is free within Dhaka city; outside Dhaka a nominal courier charge may apply.
