Return Eligibility
- Request must be raised within 3 days of delivery
- Product must be unused, unwashed and in original packaging with tags attached
- Product received damaged, defective or wrong item is eligible for return
Refund Process
Once the returned product passes our quality check, the refund is processed to your original payment method or as store credit within 5-7 business days. Cash on Delivery orders are refunded via bKash/Nagad/bank transfer.
Non-Returnable Items
Innerwear, socks and sale/clearance items are not eligible for return unless defective.
